I am very disappointed in the two other reviews listed here. I have had much experience with The Grounds Crew, and have always been impressed with their level of professionalism, both on sight, and on the phone. Anybody who has experienced Andy Connors being rude at any time most definitely asked for it, as both Andy and Tim are some of the most respectful and accommodating MEN I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Playing the ""old and broke"" card is absurd! These jobs take time, and many things could effect them. I suggest you hire some high school kids if your income doesn't warrant spending the money for the best! Everybody wants something for nothing, and no one's ever happy with honest work for an honest dollar. Shame on both of you.
Pros: Top of the line work ethic, superior quality!
Cons: everybody wants something for nothing!
