I would not recommend The Grounds Crew to anyone. We had them do almost $10,000 worth of landscaping. They showed design pictures of beautiful landscaping, then brought plants that did not match the plan. Initially, the job looked fine and we were impressed with their customer service. They told us that they would stand behind their work and not to worry if some bushes fail. My advice--check your contract thoroughly--don't ever rely on their word. They told us that they would come out to our house and fix the problem and they never showed. We waited at home for two days. When you complain, the President, Andrew Connors is rude and arrogant to you on the phone. He tells you that the written contract has no warranty and that he sometimes replaces plants out of the goodness of his heart but he doesn't have to.
Pros: Very responsive initially; effecient and neat installation
Cons: Terrible follow-up on problems; tell you one thing and do another;overpriced
