Review content:
The staff working in the office is by far the worst staff I EVER met. They are incredibly rude. I would think working in an a psychiarist office where people have mental and emotional disorders, the last thing one would want or need or deserve to deal with is some young rude girl either putting you on hold for over ten minutes, messing up your appointments repeatedly, not obeying your HIPPA documents, claiming you can't talk to your doctor, reprimanding you on the phone like you are a little preschooler being punished and put into time out. I don't know if these girls went to school to sit in a doctor's office all day and act like it's social hour but I would think and hope a few classes of psychology or sitting in a outpatient class at Alexian Brother's Hospital may open their eyes because karma isn't always going to be so nice. And hopefully one day when they may possibly be on the side of the desk, they won't have to deal with some witch.
