Review content:
This company has horrible customer service! We just moved to the area and bought a new home, so we have been trying to establish working relationships with plumbers, electricians, etc. We have used this company a few times now, and they came out to do work for us a little over a week ago. We called because we are having another issue with the same problem and they were beyond rude in saying they don't guarantee their work and said good luck finding a company who did! Well I DID find a company, and they are Friends Plumbing. Do not waste your time with this company until they learn what customer service is. *Also they are in no hurry to run/cash payments. Not cashing my check for over two weeks is a little ridiculous when you are working with a tight budget.
