Recently I had an emergency with my Golden. He is 3 years old and could not stand up when I got him up one morning. I hesitated to call my regular vet as I have had a few bad experiences with them - one in which I took my other Golden in and I had to wait over an hour with her and once we got in the examining room the doctor told me he was going to take her back to another private area to examine her. I told the doctor that was fine and I needed to get something out of my car. The doctor then asked me to wait in the lobby when I came back in. I asked him if he was going to come out and explain the situation to me and he said he would - he never did. He sent an assistant out to tell me that they could not find anything wrong with my doggie and I could give her some medicine ""just in case"" she had a parasite. The doctor never came out to talk to me and I paid my $300 bill. This is just 1 example.
Pros: Dr. Findland is excellent ! Immaculate Office and Extremely Helpful Staff!
