Review content:
I have gone to Sims for over 30 years and so have my parents. When my dog was found at home have sizures and she could not breath. My husband rushed her to Sims and they took her in the back ASAP. But they would not give her any shots or exras untill we plopped down a $400 deposit. Having three children and both of us working full time and living pay check to pay check, we didn't have $400 to give them to hold. I have never had a check bounce and I usually paid with check card for the full amount right then and there. I was on my way and was talking to the receptionist and begging her to let me write a check and hold it for only 8 days until I got paid for them to do an exra to make sure no bones were broken. They said they had to have 60% down. When I told her I didn't have it they told me ""sorry"". My dog lived but I'm in the process of finding a new vet. How heartless do you have to be to not work with a client of over 30 years? I'll ask Dr. Sims when he gets off vacation. Pros: Nice hours Cons: Will let you dog die on table if you don't have enough money to put down as deposit.
