Review content:
We had another company come in that we hired to install a new furnace, and they installed it improperly. We had nothing but issues with that furnace, so we took action against the initial company and were told to get a third party estimate from a certified company. We found Besco and saw that they were EPA certified and had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. It seemed like there was no better third party, so we met up with Ed who took a tour of our unit and realized it was a botched install causing our furnace problems. He got in touch with us right away, gave us a list of concern items, and followed through. He didn't just point to a valve and not explain what was happening. He was very empathetic to our situation, and he talked in layman's terms about what was wrong. So we hired them, and they came right at 7:29 for a 7:30 appointment. Caesar and Robert came out for the work, pointed out what needed to be done to my wife who was home at the time, and went right to it. If they ever had a question about something, they called the home office for Ed's opinion and talked to my wife about it as well. They did a great job with the furnace. It works great and does what it's supposed to now. And the following Sunday, Ed followed up to make sure it was working as it was supposed to. Sure, we paid a premium, but we got what we paid for. They went above and beyond. And for them, it was just like any other day. That's their job and how they intend to act. I got a great education on the difference between a shoddy outfit and a professional operation. Besco was worth every penny, and the two services were like night and day. We're looking now to recommend them to become the official furnace and duct work company for our condo. Just like an auto mechanic, you know the basics, but you never know everything. And you just hope for an honest opinion, a good estimate, and someone who follows through. This is one of those companies. They're the people you look for and hope to get. I'm not one to throw compliments around really easily either. I'm critical and cynical by nature, but when someone deserves praise like this, they should get it.
