I will never refer anybody to this place. When I moved out, I got 200 out of 750 security deposit. When I moved in I did a walk through, and wrote down everything I found wrong, including stains in the carpet...which I ended up paying 200, for carpet cleaning because I wasnt specific where the stains were. I had a leaky toilet, the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes, the dryer had to go through two cycles before my laundry was dry. I had to call 5 or 6 times for them to come out and fix something, I was lucky if they came out at all. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting when we moved in, but I got charged a cleaning fee for not cleaning out the bath tub...they didn't clean the apartment when I moved in, why should I scrub the place down when I leave...wonder how much the tennant before me got charged...which obviously wasnt cleaned. The bedroom bathroom had dirty walls, and they claim they have to repaint everytime a tennant moves out...yeah right, got charged for that too. The second bedroom was ice cold, my son had to sleep in our room, which I complained about to them and they did not even do anything to fix that. Just all sorts of problems, if you rent from them be specific on everything that is wrong with the apartment, because you might get jipped like I did. I also spoke with neighbors too, and they all were having the same problems I was having, with cold rooms, dishwasher not cleaning, the dryer. I absolutely do not reccommend this complex.
