Review content:
I was stranded on the Fwy and had to be towed to Meineke.
The manager told me after he had done a Diagnostic Test that I needed I new engine. I told him I wanted to have my car towed to the location where I always have my car worked on. My repair shop notified me that parts were missing off my car, I called the manager at Meineke and he told me he was sorry and he would have one of his workers deliver the replacement parts that day. Did not happen. After many attempts, I ended up filing a complaint with the State of California and with the Meineke Headquarters Customer Service. State of California investigated, the manager was fired. But the owner of the business still will not pay for the missing parts which totals $358.00. So, if you go there for any reason, you are taking a big risk for them to be trustworthy and professional. I will now have to take them to court, which I will do. The parts needed to be removed to do the diagnostic test. They are the only ones that had access to my car to do the test. As far as Meineke National Customer Service, they just turn it right back to the local store. Must be nice to have so many customer that you don't care.
