In February I made my first visit to Kalista spa and had the bundle lashes put on for a Vegas trip. I told the lady doing it that this was a special trip and whatever she did, I loved my lashes and they actually stayed on for just over a month!! I was so impressed that I made another appointment for another set of bundles. This time around though, they begun falling off by the following day and I had to find time in my busy schedule to go in 2 days later for repair. Within 2 days, more started to fall off, leaving big bare gaps in my lash pattern. Between my hectic work schedule and their full schedule it has been a struggle getting an appointment. Today I spoke to apparently the manager and she could have not been more unsympathetic or apologetic towards my situation and kept telling me that they would need to charge me for a maintenance job despite the fact that I'm coming in to have THEIR mistakes fixed. Then she says that the bundles can last anywhere from 3 days to a month. EXCUSE ME?? The web site does NOT state this short of a time and this is the first I have heard of them lasting so short.
