Do not work for this company if you are searching for a job. Be warned - they do not care about their employees. There are many negatives to this company, but in the name of karma, let me point out just this: After working a mandatory overnight 11pm - 7 am shift, employees were required to attend meetings and job trainings the same morning - with training being from 9 am - 3 pm. I was in awe at how this could be expected of employees - the powers that be at Aladdin literally do not care if you live or die. No Sleep on an overnight shift, ( over night shifts mandatory with napping strictly forbidden) then mandatory job training for another five or six hours that same morning. This company is lucky none of their employess fell asleep at the wheel after such job training where they easily could have killed themselves or killed others on the road - or caused great injuries
