Review content:
Our water heater went cold and we tried simply flipping the breaker switches without success. Our plumber came out and indicated that it was an electrical problem so we called Henriquez Electric. I was not given a verbal estimate via phone. The technician arrived with a 2nd gentleman (an apprentice) in tow. After trying the 2 separate breaker boxes that are found on the INTERIOR of our house, without success, we went for a stroll on the EXTERIOR of the house to "see if any recent digging had taken place". No digging was found but we did discover a THIRD breaker box that I was not even aware existed. Sure enough, there was a breaker switch for the Hot Water Heater and a flick of the switch solved the problem. When he handed me the bill, here is how it read: Job Continuation Sheet (despite having blank work orders in hand, he used this form instead). Earl 1 Hr. $95.00. Jeremy 1 Hr. $95.00. Fuel $5.00 Total = $195.00. I gave him a check for the $195 but expressed my disatisfaction for having been charged for a 2nd hour for a 10 minute job. No refund was offered and they left. I called the office to complain and Gloria informed me that I was over-charged and that she would refund $100.00 immediately. She is supposed to send a check on 10/16/12. I will update this review when I receive the check.
