I absolutely LOVED coming to Authentic Bartending every night, after a long day of work!! It was the best part of my day. I looked forward to every class. The instructors were awesome. One by one. There was one I wasn't too crazy about, but this person only taught one class... :-) The classes were fun, and intense. They supplied all the needed information and more. I completed my course in 2 weeks, and passed the written and pouring test within the month. They continually work with you, to study, to practice, they answer all and any of your questions, no matter how annoying you think you are, or how stupid you think your question is. They support you all the way. The manager is the best!!! They all go out of their way for you. They help to place you after you've graduated. I am still in close contact today with a few class memebers and some personnel in Authentic. They've all really touched my life personally, and I LOVE BARTENDING today!!! Authentic was the best priced when I searched around, they have the best location in the city, very easy to get too from all around. They offer continuing support. You can always retake the course as much as you need, and you can test until you pass! I just don't have a bad word to say. Authentic is the best! I've recommended to all my friends, and now there are 2 more great bartenders out there thanks to Authentic, plus me of course! :-)
Pros: Great Location. Ongoing Support. Job Placement.
Cons: NONE! Except for that one instructor... :-)
