I took the classes at your bartending school in New York City from 2 - 6. I just passed my test last Friday, and wanted to thank you all so very much for such a great experience. I actually had my first job interview on Sunday and you guys couldn't have been any better prepping me. I felt totally confident and comfortable going in and talking to the manager. At first he was kind of put off that I didn't have too much experience, so I told him to test me. He told me to go behind the bar and make a Long Island Iced Tea. He was pleasantly surprised because I knew what I was doing. He said that I was holding the bottle right, my counts were great, and more important, he said it tasted perfect! He told me to come in and start training on Wednesday! Then he asked if I was TIPS Certified, and I told him I was signed up to take it through you guys this Thursday. I never could have done it without you! Thank you to all my instructors!
Pros: Instructors made me feel super comfortable the entire time!
Cons: None. I loved the whole experience!
