Review content:
We only hire from Authentic. Their graduates are reliable, professional, well-skilled, and well-prepared. I tear up the resumes from the other schools; their students generally can't pour a glass of water. Authentic's graduates come to us having ALREADY had actual nyc experience, which is essential. Their management is obviously plugged into the current bar and restaurant scene. They teach up-to-date drinks and computer register systems. They are also TIPS certified, and I won't hire a bartender who isn't. Make sure the school you go to offers the TIPS program or it will be very hard for you to work in New York. And, if the school you are looking at is going to drop names of bars they place students at, CALL THOSE PLACES YOURSELF and make sure. Because I for one am tired of my name being used fraudulently. Again, I reccomend Authentic Bartending School ONLY.
Pros: very fast, well-trained, bright graduates
Cons: none
