I loved Authentic. Training in a classroom is one thing, but getting to practice at real area bars really gave me confidence. They wrote my bar resume for me, and sat down with me one-on-one to map out my job search. I'm working at "the yankee clipper", and I'm so greatful for evrything Authentic did for me
Pros: gave everyone individual attention. Training at real bars
