I cannot recommend Becker Buick for used vehicle purchase. I purchased a used vehicle that had been inspected by their service department and found to be in good condition. To my surprise, just after I completed the purchase, the vehicle failed a safety inspection due to worn out suspension components. To register the vehicle, I had to spend almost $800 in repairs. When I approached the dealership for some degree of explanation or compensation, I was initially stonewalled and received no response. After I filed a complaint with the BBB, Becker responded by stating over and over that the vehicle was sold ""AS-IS!"" I never disagreed with that, only that they misrepresented the vehicle's condition, at the time of sale. I find their customer service ethic lacking and would recommend that anyone purchasing a used vehicle from Becker Buick to have the vehicle inspected independently.
