My only complaint is this.. One tire and the spare were damaged in the car accident and the insurance would replace both, of course. I needed all new tires anyway, so I agreed to pay for the remaining 3. Once I received my car and the repairs were complete, I thought about it an wondered why I was not given the option of using one of the existing tires for a spare, and use the 2 new tires (paid by insurance) as the drivable tires? Then, I would only have to buy 2 new tires. When I mentioned this, I was told (Frank) that he would look into it and call me back. I never heard from him. This was a cost-saving option that should have been offered.
RESPONSE FROM Mission Viejo Auto Collision:
Mrs. McCreary, i apologize in advance if nobody explained that portion further, but your insurance company would absolutely not allow us to NOT replace an item such as a tire, it is a safety feature and there fore is mandatory for replacement. Again my apologies for the confusion but that was our only option. Merry Christmas and i hope you are enjoying the vehicle.
