Review content:
While visiting the Savannah area, we had dinner at The Crab Shack. It is a great place for kids because while you are waiting to be seated you can look at the rabbits and alligators which was quite amusing! We were seated at a table next to the water which had a beautiful view. The atmosphere was fun and I loved eating and putting our used plates, etc in the ""hole"" in the center of the table. I got the ""steamer"" which consisted of shrimp, corn, potatoes & sausage. Living on the coast of North Carolina, I've had this dish many times and I thought it was very good at The Crab Shack. The prices were reasonable and the service was great! Definitely ask to be seated outside.
Pros: Atmosphere, location, variety of menu, fast service
Cons: Wasn't thrilled about the cats walking around on the ledges next to the table that I was eating at. Guess that comes with the territory!
