I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance to get the first morning appointment, decrease wait time. I arrived a few minutes early for check in and 40 minutes later I had not been seen by Tara Rheubottom. When I went to the receptionist, she went to the back and came back to the front to inform me that to decrease wait time the best appointment slot was 1:00 pm. The day of my appointment, 40 minutes after I was scheduled to be seen is not a good time to inform me of that information. How about seeing your patients in a more timely manner. No apologies, never did Mrs. Rheubottom come up front to apologize. I will not be going back!!!
