Review content:
Our attic was invaded by squirrels. We noticed it last December. When we called Arrow we were charged $1400 for them to come out and tell us that we do have squirrels in the attic. Then they nailed a 6""x6"" piece of flashing over the hole, set some traps in the attic and said they'd be back to check on it periodically. That was 6 months ago. In that time they've been back ONCE to check the traps which were empty, and to nail another tiny piece of flashing over the new hole that's been chewed right next to the old one. 3 weeks ago the insect guy was by to check the house and noticed yet ANOTHER hole chewed next to the newer piece of flashing (about 4 inches in diameter). He said that he'd leave a message for the rodent guys to come out and take care of that. GUESS WHAT!!! We're still waiting!!! The hole is now 8 inches in diameter. For $1400 I would have hoped at least for more than 2 visits!!! Pros: Those who take care of insect control are great. Cons: Not a good option for rodent control
