So, I called Outrageous Audio on Monday to see if I could get my speakers installed and they told me that they couldn't do it that day, but that they could do it the following day. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, and the dude told me no, and to just come on in any time tomorrow and they could do it. So, I left work two hours early, drove all the way from Tigard to Gresham, which is about a half hour drive, only to get there so that I could be turned away! I told the guy that I had called the previouse day to see if I could get my speakers installed, and they said that they could do it, so I left work two hours early and wasted gas for no reason basically. Thanks Outrageous Audio for wasting my time and money, they will not be getting any future business from me.
Pros: They seem friendly...
Cons: They lie!
