Review content:
The class I attended only slightly resembled the description posted on-line. And, they had allowed 23 students into a kitchen that maybe should have held 12-14. It was an absolute mess. People were bumping into each other trying to find ingredients and equipment. When I spoke with the staff about the situation, I was told they couldn't offer any alternative other than a credit toward a future (presumably bad) experience. But, I was welcome to call back during office hours to seek another alternative. I did....but was dropped into voice mail. Watch their cancellation policy too. It's designed to support their inflexible (and some would say hostile) customer service model.
Cons: inaccurate description of course; poorly operated and harsh customer service policies
