I have had nothing but problems with the credit department DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE NAZI'S I was going through a mortgage re modification and my mortgage company has reported my payments incorrectly to the credit bureaus. (my problem) anyway my washing went out went down to my local friendly H.D. to put a new one on my H,D. card and was denied after 6 years with no late payments ever (on any of my debts) and was told due to my recent credit score drop that my card was canceled with no warning!! So after further investigation I called the credit department and explained the mistake with written proof I wanted I was given the bad so sad story.....Real nice loyalty
