These people are hacks, completely unreliable, and unprofessional. They did a really p!ss poor job. I subsequently went through endless phone tag and games with these people over months. Eventually, I had to have the work redone by someone else, and I had to take them to court. The Franklin County Court system was completely unhelpful regarding my plight, the magistrate was the rudest @sshole, and I lost my case despite proving that they lied to the court several times! When I appealed the court's decision, the magistrate listed in the statement of facts things that I never said. Unfortunately, due to space limitations I can't attach all of the evidence here, but I am willing to provide this if you are thinking about doing business with these people. My email address is privateone@att dot net. Ask me for more information, and I will give it to you. Once you take a look at it, you be the judge and tell me if the court's decision was legitimate. I suggest instead that you use Coup Restorations, the company that ultimately repaired my furniture. In closing, I strongly advise you to think long and hard before dealing with these people because the court system in Franklin County, OH will not help you. You will be wasting your time and will end up spending twice as much money.
