My sister (massage) and I (waxing) went. Don't get their treatments. I'd have to agree with some of the other reviewers. This spa doesn't not have skilled employees when it comes to massages and waxing. It was so bad that we spent a good deal of time debating whether we wanted to get a refund. Another patron who spoke Korean told me later in the sauna that even with an interpreter we still wouldn't have gotten what we wanted and that she only comes to use the igloo and sauna facilities. What they do have going for them is the Korean exfoliation (the real thing!) and jade igloo and sauna. That package is called ""Jade Journey"" or something like that. They give you fresh fruit and tea.
