Review content:
Please avoid renting from this company at all cost. They present very caring and professional but the reality is as soon as the home you rented presents a problem, i.e. mold infestation, they will down play the situation, use unethical business tactics to avoid responsibility and or repairs. After everything they put us through they very ""professionally"" presented us with documents promising our full deposit to be returned upon us moving out. When we choose to not to sign away all of our rights but did move out promptly, they took 2 months to return a very tiny portion of our deposit. They are unethical and manipulative please avoid putting yourself through hell to rent one of their over priced shacks. They are SLUMLORDS!
