Steer Clear of these con artists! I have to defend myself for something I did not do! Was never told when I moved in that ""move-out"" wouldn't be pro-rated! Left the keys in the ""drop box"" (have 4 witnesses) on Nov. 15th. They didn't find them until Dec. 6th? Now are trying to charge me another months rent and have sent me to legal. Monica (manager) is a very vindictive and unprofessional manager! Office is rarely open when the hours are supposed to be 8:00-5:00, pool is hardly ever open on the weekends (when most people would use it). Laundry room is skanky and some dryers and washers were broken down in the 6 months too many that I was there, regardless of bringing it to their attn. numerous times, they were never fixed! Made moving out a living bloody nightmare. Never had notice of any of ""not finding"" the keys until we called for our deposit. That was calling for 3 weeks until we could get anyone. You can't ever get a person to talk to and if you ask for management (O.K...other than Monica, which I dont' consider management), you will get fake names and numbers until you just give up. They have met their match on this one because we aren't going away. Should you have to defend yourself for something you did not do? I have to write a letter to a lady and defend myself when I'm the one who has witnesses and all of my paperwork! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS! There was human feces on the sidewalk and I called the office to tell them and their response was, ""It's the weekend, they'll clean it up Monday""....it was never cleaned up! They can not keep help in the office but true management doesn't get that Monica couldn't even make it as a ashtray cleaner in Vegas...among other things........I don't care how desperate you are, find something else. These are very dishonest people and they will do anything and everything to make it next to impossible to leave. LET ME BEND OVER SO YOU CAN........DISHONEST!
