I went there to buy a very expensive Breitling Emergency Watch that I found through Ebay. Because it was such an expensive piece I went over and wanted to see it first. In the beginning they where nice, promised me a 2 year warranty. Guess the freq box what is a mayor part of this Emergency Watch was broken. I contacted Breitling, had to return it and send it in and Breitling repared it for free, Than Jewels in Time wanted to charge me $ 150,00 just for sending it in. Of course I didn't want to pay that because it was warranty and sold broken. Than they said I didn't have to pay, but my warranty was over, and had to leave the store or they would call the police on me. They also promised me to get me a manual for the Breitling Emergency Watch when they sold it to me, and that was in April, after contacting them several times finally they answered one of my e-mails in July that they where not capable of getting a manual. thanks Jewels In Time never again.
