We have lived in Indianapolis area 50 years- in past experienced a prominent Carmel all-about-fees over compassionate care practice, incompetent near-eastside practice (nearly bled my dog to death using a laser for neutering!), Emergency clinics, etc. before finding Brookville Rd Animal Hospital.
We are always glad to visit- so are my dogs. Both Drs. take time to completely explain procedures,costs, alternatives, etc. They are compassionate, caring, incredibly competent, and reasonably priced (VERY reasonably priced!)
We have had both routine and emergency visits there with same experiences.
Yes they are busy and there may be a wait on an appointed visit but never too long and only because they are so popular. That should tell the story.
