Businiess name:  Elizabeth Adam Salon & Day Spa

Review content:
My husband bought through Groupon a hot stone massage and pedicure as a Christmas present. He called to extend the coupon dates in order for me to enjoy the spa, they denied the extention even though he told them that it was because of a medical condition they said no and they let him know that there will be a cancelation fee so we decided to do an apppoinment. I came into the place 15 minutes early and a friendly receptionist took care of me and told me that Wanda is going to do the pedicure. She started the pedicure and told me to soak my feet for 5 minutes and left me sitting. after 40 minutes with my feet in hot water and no one taking care of me I spoke to the receptionist and she said I am sorry but your pedicurist left . We asked for the manager and when she arrived I asked for her business card. She doesn't have one so she showed me her drivers license. She was the owner, Ms. Adams. we explained the situation and her answer was that she is loosing money with us because it was a Groupon purchase and they only pay her 25%. In the end my pampering time at the Elizabeth Adam salon was stressful, plus we had to pay $30 to park.
