Didn't want to give them even the one star. Finally got dental insurance and chose this Castle center for the provider. On the first visit for my daughter and I they did the exam and complete x-rays as we were used to having done at a dentist. Then we were presented with a ""Treatment Plan"" which indicated upwards of $3000 work needed. Get this, without signing the ""Treatment Plan"" we couldn't even get our teeth cleaned. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT A DENTIST OR FACILITY THAT HAS THE HEALTH OF THE PATIENT FOREMOST OR EVEN A SECOND THOUGHT!!! This is like going to the doctor's office for a headache only to find out the headache is caused by your arm needing surgery and then the doctor telling you they won't give you an aspirin for your headache until you have the surgery on your arm.
This was so unbelievable I really have no words to express my outrage at this.
Pros: None that I can see
Cons: Forget your dental health brings lots of money
