DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Hal, the owner, came out and measured my yard to install new sod. A $6000 job. After I had killed all of my previous grass as instructed, he delivered what he told me needed to do the install. His installation crew began working, very very slowly I might add, and figured out about halfway through that they had no where close to the amount of sod and soil they needed to complete the intstallation. Hal admitted that he had made a mistake but that I would have to pay for the new sod and soil even though we had agreed on a price for the total installation already. He wanted another $2000. He gave me a whopping 8% discount but said that's all he could do. Total bait and switch! Being the only place in town that sells Crown Zoysia he knows he's got you.
