This place lies and takes advantage of you. I went to them after getting a better quote than the dealer, but it was a mistake. They fixed the driver side fan as requested, but I came out with the passenger side broken. I know it was working when I went in. I heard it running even that morning. They denied any responsibility and suggested I had them fix the wrong side. I have the paperwork from VW showing that their diagnostic confirmed the driver side was broken (not passenger), I also called them back just now to confirm it was the driver side (yes it was) and I had visually looked at it with my dad and we both saw the passenger was working and the driver side was not just days before the disaster ""repair"". Bertini's still says it's not their fault and offered to fix the other fan for $500, which is $100 more than the dealer for a part they broke. Run, run far away. I'm making sure to spread the word to all my friends and family to take your business elsewhere!!
