Review content:
6/29/2010-The salesman and sales manager both lied to us about knowing the owner of the car and having all the service records as they said all the work was done at the dealership. Neither knew the owner and they had no service records available other than the initial one. The sales manager quoted an amount for our trade in and then refused to honor it and when we continued to question it he then raised the price of the vehicle we were going to buy to make up for the difference. Their internet price is lower than the one on the car sticker so they can certainly ""adjust"" the numbers to their benefit. Of course the salesman said it was all his fault as he misunderstood the sales manager's quote and admitted he didn't know the owner only heard other salesmen mention she(former owner) once worked for the dealership. I have followed up with the salesman twice on another issue who referred me to the title clerk who said she would have the general manager call me. I am still waiting for the call.
Cons: Unprofessional
