Review content:
The owner, Patty, is completely inflexible and impossible to work with. We ordered a treadmill and informed the store that it would need to be taken up a flight of stairs. They sent one delivery person and he was nearly two hours late. After an hour and a half on the phone and talking with the delivery person, the delivery person refused to take it upstairs (with good reason) and Patty not only refused to refund the delivery fee, but argued about any and all options we suggested. Now we are stuck waiting three more days for delivery and installation AND we wasted four hours of our day. We have no complaints with any of the staff, but the owner is unprofessional and unkind.
