This is the most incompetent, unprofessional and unethical orthodontia office! Do not go here! After 1 1/2 years of treatment, we received a notice in the mail saying that they made a mistake with our insurance and it the $1500 insurance payment was now due from us directly - or have our daughter's braces removed. We had made every monthly payment for our share during the 1 1/2 years. We had two orthodontists during this time - one quit during the first year and we were switched to the new one.
During the 1 1/2 years we had approximately only 10 appointments. Due to limited staffing which they mislead us about in the beginning, appointments are hard to schedule and usually 6-8 weeks apart. The office cancelled two appointments on us and actually scheduled one for 8am when they open at 8:30 that morning.
The office staff and front desk employees are just nasty. They treated us horribly even though their office manager admitted the mistakes on their part over and over. She apologizes and apologizes but nothing gets better and they keep taking your payments.
Today was our last day there. We were picking up the retainer and only the dentist was available to meet with my daughter. We were told to come in for a quick, 10 minute fitting. We scheduled this on her lunch break from school. We arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, waited over 20 to be seen by the dentist. I stepped across the parking lot to buy her lunch since she'd be late getting back to school due to this delay and the dentist made a completely inappropriate comment to my 14 year old daughter!!!
I called the office to speak with the dentist directly and he did apologize for his ""slip of the tongue"" but really is this the kind of health professional you'd recommend? I cannot stress enough that there are plenty of other professional, organized, competent and patient friendly dental and ortho offices in our area. This office is clearly not one of them.
