My salesperson, Gordon Orr, was especially helpful. He worked with me to find the model. trim package, and color in local inventory in order to get me the exact car i was looking for. I was dreading the pricing discussions, because sales people can be so pushy. However, Gordon and his manager worked with meet to meet my pricing expectations, and their finance department got me a great deal on financing. Gordon also helped me with my purchase of optional accesories and worked with the service staff to get my hood guard installed at no cost. I came to Hyundai because I was impressed with the warranty, but the courtesy and service of the sales and service staff at Dick Smith let me know that I made the right choice for my new vehicle.
