I have a ford truck which I take to this dealer once a year for an oil change as I drive it very little. The last two years I had a coupon for $18.95 which was a good deal. This year, in November, I received a $10.00 coupon in the mail. I figured this would save me some money. I was the only oil change so I thought an hour was a little long to wait. Finally a guy came in to see me and show me a drain plug and explain that I need a new one cause the gasket/washer on it was worn. I said okay thinking it would add a couple bucks to the bill. I was shocked when I paid $45.00 for an oil change after presenting a $10.00 coupon. The drain plug was $13.00 or something of that order and the bill had so many figures of debits and credits I think a CPA was needed to fully understand it. I sent the Manager an e-mail explaining they got my donation and I could never come back after that. He never sent a response back. The real kicker here is they were so concerned with ripping me off in the service department I cant considered buying a new vehicle there which I am now in the market for. Does anyone out there know of an honest dealership I can buy a new truck from. I SURE CANT TRUST THIS ONE.
