Review content:
I am flabbergasted. I just received the most unbelievably atrocious service from the OWNER of the Harp. We arrived and were greeted by a delightful waitress, got drinks and ordered our food. Since I am from out of town and this place is (was) highly recommended by my friend I am expecting it to be great! What a disappointment. When my bloody mary came I bit into an olive that was disgustingly old- never pleasant. My friend ordered a sandwich she has had several times- the ""caprese grilled cheese"" and when she got it it didn't have the usual fresh basil, but dried. She asked for something else before taking a bite and the server came back to inform us the answer from the OWNER was NO. We would have to pay for it AND her other choice. When she went to him directly- same answer. Is this a joke? Since when does an OWNER treat a customer unhappy with a menu item with the answer, to summarize, ""tough #@$& ?"" He was extremely rude and couldn't have cared less. I will never go back. More sad is the fact that my friend- an (obviously former) regular will never step foot in the place again. DON""T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: location Cons: rude owner! bad food
