I'm Tara Hunt the office manager at J's Mobility Unlimited Inc. It is unfortunate that this customer feels the way she does.We do except debit cards as long as there are funds in the account to let the card go through. We will only except cash if a debit card comes back declined. We also gave this customer a discount for paying with cash. As for the warranty that was a mistake on our part. We did assure that we would personally warranty the pump if there was problem with the pump. We are a small family owned business and count on the satisfaction of our customers. We have hundreds of satisfied customers. We have a great relationship with MS Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities, MS Dept of Rehab, LIFE, TK Martin Center at MSU and the MS VA Center. We stand by our work and are proud to be the oldest mobility dealer in the state.
