Showed up on time and called while en route. Technician was professionally dressed and clean (yes, with other companies this IS a problem). He was knowledgeable and polite and tackled the problem quickly and efficiently. He also offered to answer any questions that might come up after he left. Rates are comparable with those of other companies.
