Owen and his office staff have always been very responsive to any problem that may have arisen. I have rented from him for three years and could not be happier. I read the review from the person who lived in one of his rentals for FIVE years and was unhappy? Must have left the place dirty and therefore didn't get back the full refund. Why would you stay some place for 5 years if you were so miserable? Return the property in the condition you got it when you moved in and you will get a full refund - I did when I moved from one of his rentals to another.
