I took my 2 cocker spaniels to be groomed. They are groomed regularly at our regular shop but couldn't get in. So thought we would try this shop.I keep their hair longer, fuller. I explained to Kathy, the owner, that I wanted them to stay longer, DO NOT shave them. They only needed bathed and shaped abit. She seemed to listen to me as I explained what I wanted, & didn't want,but she kept telling me she was so busy. I came back for my dogs, and they were completely shaved!! I was so disappointed. I never had them shaved, she didnt even, atleast, do a cocker cut. She shaved them completely! I can only imagine what my sweet dogs went thru while there. Im am just sickened over what Kathy has done to my dogs. I will never go back to her shop and I would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
