Businiess name:  Paul Beaune' NY Salon

Review content:
This was the second salon I visited after I moved to Charlotte. I was pretty excited to go since the owner seemed to have some great experience and she had her staff go to NY for training. I booked an appointment for a cut and color (but not with the owner). The salon was nice enough and so was the stylist. I showed her three pictures of the haircut I wanted -- front/back/side views. Okay, I thought this would be helpful. Well, I ended up with a completely different haircut. I guess she ""customized"" it just like at the previous salon I visited. What's up with that? The color was totally not what I asked for -- again, nobody here seems to know the definition of ""avant-garde."" For the money and the claim of ""NY Style"", I say, find another salon -- if you can!!! People who are used to going to ""NY- style"" salons may go once but they won't return. Very disappointing. I really hoped you would be the one!!!
