My buyer changed lenders to Prospect midway through our transaction. While the listing agent was very skeptical we could close on time, Tony delivered. He was able to get a loan approval, funding and close during the holidays, working with "lost" days during Christmas due to banks being closed. He suggested creative solutions to ensure we could close on time and maintained a positive attitude, even though he faced some pretty negative vibes from the listing agent. Tony continues to demonstrate professionalism, knowledge and above-average customer service each time. You are lucky to have him on your team.
