Still waiting to hear from Progressive after they said they were coming to our home to perform some pressurized test to determine where this unit is already leaking freon after 2 seasons of use!!!
Front panel removed by 1st repairman showed coils bent which they said came from the factory like that????? They're very indifferent about re-placing/repairing our heat pump.......but we, the consumer, have to pay the electric bill after it ran last month for hours on end to cool not to mention the cost of the unit itself!!!! We're supposed to be satisfied???
Will not mention the work ethic of the crew which installed it!!!
To have a unit not working properly and the
company being responsive and anxious to make it right is what we expected since this company is on 4-County Electric Dept. list of authorized heat pump dealers!!!!!
Seems they don't get it!!! .....say they're busy right now!!! The only thing they did was pump it back full of freon and said they would be back....Who knows? Haven't heard a word!!!! They need to watch Mike Holmes and see how integrity is displayed!!!!!!! Waiting on them to make it right!!!!!!
