Businiess name:  VCA Jordan River Animal Hospital

Review content:
Nice Hospital, But they make you pay for it. Staff was friendly. If you dont mind paying the same cost as a human would in a hospital with no insurance. This is your place! My initial costs were over 1200.00 for just a x-ray, lab tests and other hospital costs. If he needed surgery which he did then the costs were over 3000.00. on top of the first 1200.00. We finally found our old doctor and the costs were a 1/8 Of what Jordan River wanted. This Hospital in my opinion is not in practice for the care of animals. Just how much cash they can bleed from your bank account. I am not cheap when it comes to our pets. But i am convinced that they prey on pet owners when they are in a vulnerable state. My advice is to stay clear and call around. There is many good vets in the SLC area that will not ask you to pay for their pretty hospital.
