As I pulled up to the vaccume section and opened door of my car I was offered windshield repair by a man that talked fast and didn't say his name, I declined, the man said he would call my insurance company. He asked for my insurance card. He took it with him as he paced around, he handed me the phone, I said ""hello?"" I was greated by a woman who asked personal questions, I didn't even know who I was talking to. Figured out it was my insurance company. I wasn't covered for windshield repair so I asked him to stop working on my windshield. He told me I could charge it to my credit card inside or at the gas station. I said no thanks. He continued to work on my car! I took my insurance card off of his clip board and went inside to pay for my carwash. The windshield repair man came inside 2 times and told me he did it for free. He asked many personal questions. When my daughter and I went to our car he came out again and told me he only wears his wedding ring to keep women off him. He said (with my 5 year old right by my side) that he has only slept with 9 women in his life and 4 of them have cheated on him. He asked a few times for my phone number. 1 of the chips in my windshield looks worse that it was! I called the carwash to complain, left a phone #, have never heard from a manager. I will not be back. It was a very uncomfortable experience for myself and daughter. Pros: never had problem before Cons: Inappropriate remarks in front of daughter
