Yesterday I got my car washed at your Highlands Ranch location. While I was there a watch I had in my pocket fell out. I did not discover the loss until about an hour later. I immediately called and was told that your manager, Johny had found it and turned it in. I now have my watch back. This watch was a gift from my deceased mother and is very special for me. It is a valuable watch, not just for sentimental reasons.
